The red accents are perfect for this Hello Kitty party. Aren't you loving the red polka dot mushroom? Bird from Bird Crafts designed this really darling party! She says, "This party was my take on a Tea Shoppe party inspired by a Hello Kitty theme.  It was an interesting party to design and style, as I just wanted to have a "hint" of Hello Kitty with emphasis of the sweet Tea Shoppe idea. I've seen a lot of candy shop party themes, but the Tea Shoppe idea appealed to me as it can also be a great theme for a girl-y Cupcake or Baking party!" Mushroom Spinner/ Red Polka Dot

Sunshine 1st Birthday Party

Lindi Haws is quite clever. She created this sweet yellow and cream "sunshine" themed first year birthday party for her little girl Ella. She even had a playlist of sunshine songs. Lindi describes the party,

"COLORS: an array of yellows and cream

SETTING: my backyard patio

DECORATIONS: guests were welcomed with a "come around back" sign, my rustic fence was surrounded with yellow bunting (made from vintage sheets), around the yard large dowels were painted and draped with fabric and "Ellason is 1" signs, glass jars were hung from the trees filled with yellow daisies and lemon drops, flowers were stapled to the fence to serve as table backdrop and sun garland hung from the fence as well!
